Crossbow Reloading sounds vs Reload Time

I noticed today while messing around with Galvanic shards, you'll get the reload complete noise and still can't fire as the reload timer still has time left on it.

It would feel better if the Audio Cue of the animation happened when you were actually ready to fire.
