controller items pick up bug (been a long time still no fix)

sometimes killing stuff or even after a strongbox pack kills

items on the floor are un-pickable

we can walk over them all we want, pressing (A) dosnt work.
(A) dosnt even appear on the items showing we can pick it up.


so far my fix , portal to hideout, wait a bout 1 minute and come back, then i can pick up stuff

or

leave game, come back and works.


this only happens randomly. this hasnt happen to me for weeks
happened again yesterday. was doing regular mapping.

i would make a clip next time if it helps but not sure how to import and post video links...
