CPU: Intel Core r9 9900X GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Thermal Status: Gameplay (POE2): 90°C (CPU), GPU utilization normal Stress Test (e.g., Prime95): 75°C (CPU) Issue Description: During POE2 gameplay, CPU usage spikes abnormally, causing temperatures to reach 90°C despite adequate cooling under stress tests. " the lesson here is that Prime95 sux, yes.. prime does not use even half the paths of your CPU. it is not a valid stress test. btw. 90c is still within OK bounds |
