No loot drops in Untainted Paradise

Absolutely no loot drops from Rares, whites, chests, boulders etc. Not even the guaranteed Waystone! I wasted a couple of Tier 16s before realizing it!

Untainted Paradise is a special unique map that rewards extra experience instead of loot. Not a bug.
