whitch infernalist question

gentlemen a curiosity since after the patch this last one I can no longer play the witch from pet

I find reduced damage and attack speed, the energy shield 7000 of energy shield I get taken in an instant, you say but set it energy recharge ok but then I lose damage that they don't already do.. it has become terrible to play,

today I ask you if you have the same problems or a solution to let me play the character that I like the most.
