More Citadels!

I already played like 200 hours this league. Been doing maps for weeks.
I have seen THREE citadels, total. Two of them were the same, so I haven't been able to even do T0 Arbiter. This is not acceptable and needs fixed. Last bumped on May 18, 2025, 12:17:45 PM
