Rhoa movement speed suggestion

Dear GGG,
Just a short suggestion concerning the Rhoa:

Please add the following: Movement speed while mounted is up to plus 35% (rising with level!). Movement speed from boots is being ignored.

This would be huge in at least two ways:
(a) The Rhoa allows for better boots with more stats for cheaper
(b) Boots without movement speed, which are otherwise amazing, would gain value on the market.
