weapon bug!

I recently acquired a dusk vigil ashen staff and upon use it cause my screen to skip or makes my character to freeze in place for about a half a second upon every cast when equip. But returns to normal play when swapped to a different weapon. Not complaining as i know this is a pre release/Beta. Just doing my part to let you know of the bug..
