Trials of Chaos Heart tethers different bugged interactions

Hello there!

Just submitting the different "bugs" on several different interactions in regards to Heart tethers option choosen on trials of chaos regarless of ultimatum rooms or levels.

After a simple search players on different threads have already mentioned and well that if trials of chaos are done in party play there is a possibility when Heart tethers spawn if the same players are on the same area and it attaches itself to both players depending on distance, especially if both players are on the edge of the range of Heart tethers instead of a extremely high slow it stops the players on their tracks forever in a constant state of where no movement is allowed but spells can be casted until the Heart finally expires does its animation where it "explodes".

However the timer where the heart expires is very very large and on a arena where dodging is key due to several outside mechanics its permanent death until a third player (if there is one) enters that Heart tether range and attaches itself on it on purpose and dodges out to cause it to instantly expire so other players can move.


Furthermore if Heart tethers triggers on players with blink, not only it prevents blink from being used but also make's blink stop working forever until the player takes out the blink skill gem and places it back again.
