Please Help - POE 2

Hello guys! I'm playing the game since day 1 of early access. I have 300 hours on 0.1.0 without any issues and really enjoyed that time. After 0.2.0 comes I have huge network spikes. I'm from Eastern Europe - Bulgaria and my best getaways to use are Amsterdam and Frankfurt. Normally I have 35-40 ms ping which is fantastic for me but after 0.2.0 I have constant spikes from 35 to 140 ms. That happens when I try to move my character with mouse. If I stay on place there are no spikes. It annoys me so hard. My internet is good - 600mbps Fiber optical, My PC is good. Tryed almost every advice from the internet and there is no result. There is no metter when I play, early in the morning, later at night, at weekends or week days, always have network spikes. Suddenly today I found software called - LagoFast. I don't like to use third party softwares but decide to try. When I installed and using it network spikes imedeately stops. When I shut down LagoFast, spikes starts again. I decided to try with VPN. Bought ExpressVPN and connect to German server and Frankfurt Getaway. Well, spikes again dissaper. This solve my problem but for me it is not acceptable to pay for third party software or VPN only to play POE2. I'm also playing Last Epoch and there is no problem there at all. I wrote to support via email and they insta reply to me - there is no support via email... Do you have any idea why when I connect to the POE2 servers without vpn or third party software I have spikes? How I solve that?
