Support Gems for Purity of Ice don't increase Spirit qequirement

Heyo,

I've noticed that adding Support Gems to a Sceptre socketed with Purity of Ice does not increase Spirit requirement for the skill — support gems are still active and working.

Here are the details:

Without support gems my Spirit is at 10/411, with the following stats:

- Total mana recovery per second: 210
- Total life recovery per second: 11.1
- Flask life amount modifier: N/A

With Clarity, Vitality and Herbalism active Spirit remains at 10/411 and my stats are improved:

- Total mana recovery per second: 240
- Total life recovery per second: 27.7
- Flask life amount modifier: 30%
