Visual indicator of Chaos Trial physical explosion ring dissapearing/delayed explosion

Hi.

I encountered a bug today that frustratingly ended a Trial of Chaos run. I just died randomly. The only thing I can think happened is that the visual indicator for a physical damage ring de-spawned without the explosion going off because it went off-screen for a bit?

47-48sec mark a mob exploded right on the edge of the ring and it seems you were in range of the blood explosion.

Crappy mechanic and you were robbed for sure.
