Skill once socketed in Hand of Chayula is impossible to bind to any key whatsoever

Dear GGG,

I'm leveling Monk for the first time, but with a Crossbow.
I came across the "Hand of Chayula" Meta Skill and wanted to test it! I'm running a Cold build so I put in "Freezing Mark".

Turns out, that's not a good idea if you run a crossbow - tough luck.

However, now my build is permanently broken! I cannot use my "Freezing Mark" at all anymore. What I've tried so far:

- Re-cut the Mark skill
- Vaaled the old Mark skill gem
- Destroyed the vaaled Mark skill gem
- Re-cut the Mark skill gem
- Re-cut the Mark skill gem on a lower level
- Cut skill gem from stash or from inventory
- Cut skill gem in town and in an hostile area
- Reset the instance
- Restarted the game

I cannot select the skill on any hotkey. I can drag and drop the skill to a hotkey sometimes - however it remains grayed out even in hostile areas, I cannot use it.

The UI is broken, too. When I open up the details of "Freezing Mark" the sub menu shows the icon of "Freezing Mark" but reads "Fragmentation Rounds", which is a different skill I actually use.
When I select a weapon set in this bugged UI, the game unbinds "Fragmentation Rounds" from my hotkey. I can only re-bind it if I drag and drop it, it is not being suggested when I left click on the empty key bind.

Please help. Any suggestions welcome. Uniques and Rares are so much more deadly without the mark and I will have to seriously consider deleting the character if I cannot ever use the "Freezing Mark" again. Which would be such a waste!
