Exception: GetAdapterInfo

Since patch 0.02h I have gotten this error every time I attempt to launch the game. I have taken the following steps;

* Changed the resolution on my monitors, no change in exception error
* Unplugged my second monitor, no change in exception error
* searched the forums to find a post asking about this already, and found a 6 week old post with no Dev response to it https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3741228/page/1#p26164461
* Used the contact us option, which was entirely unhelpful.
* Verified the integrity of my game files, no change in exception error
* I am including my dxdiag report for additional information.
