There are a number of mechanics that bypass Slow Immunuty. Spider Webbing is one. Some others are the Temporal Bubble affix (not Temporal Chains), quicksand, the Ritual King of the Mists boss's frog pools/tornado, Sehkemas boss. . .
It makes me wonder why those relics even offer Slow Potency reduction to begin with. |
