Omen of Amelioration Not Working Multiple Times in same map

Like the titels says, I'm encountering an issue where if I die more than once in the same map, only one Omen of Amelioration will work.

Before people ask:

-I only have one omen in my bag, that being Amelioration.
- Again, no other omens in my bag
- Yes omen was turned on (red box around omen indicated it was on)
- No, I swear it was the only omen. I do not run any other omens at all.

What happened.

I was in a very spicy t16 map and kept getting frozen. I died, got the blue text message on the left hand side of my screen saying an omen was consumed (or whatever the text says) letting me know that my omen of aleioration was used and worked.

I went back to town, cleaned out my bag, refilled potions (moot point as they refill when you die, but habits and such) and grabbed a new omen from my chest. I turned the omen on, saw the red ring (box) and went back into the map. Jumped into a breach, was frozen, and died.

This time there was no blue text. I checked my bag, and the omen was still in my bag turned on. I checked my XP and I had lost 10% rather than the 2.5 I should have with the omen.

Frustrated, I turned the omen on and off just to make sure... went back into he breach, and died again. AGAIN the omen was not consumed. AGAIN the omen was still on in my bag. AGAIN i lost another 10% xp

This makes me think something is wrong and the game can only recognize one omen of amelioration per map, which was not the case last season.


GGG please look into this.

same thing just happened. Died from the tower boss, Omen of Amelioration not consumed. 10% 94lv exp lost.

my case is different. i didn't die twice in the same map.
Just once. The omen of refreshment consumed , but Omen of Amelioration not.

This is indeed how Omens work and have always worked. It's in their description.
