Lesser Adept Rune not consistent with counterparts

Less Resolve and Robust runes are +6 across all use cases but the Adept one is only +5 for Dex on Martial Weapons while being +6 for the other 2. I don't see a reason why dex needs such a nerf so am thinking it was an oversight instead.
