Omen of Amerlioration Bugged ( Does not function as intended)

Bug: Omen on in inventory, death doesnt work full xp taken.

This omen doesnt always work when it should.

Goodbye until its fixed because the WORST thing about POE is xp loss on death. Its the worst mechanic EVER. And the one thing to help isnt working.
Please fix as soon as you can, as I cannot play this anymore while this is bugged, its a waste of my leisure time.

I can verify that. Omen of Amelioration is bugged. Does nothing. Stays highlighted in the carry-on stash after death. Full experience loss occurs.

If you die 2 times (or more) on the same map (instance) Omen will not work.

The 10% penalty should be abolished, it is a pointless stressful procedure. Another solution should be introduced.
