Ping(network) on EU servers is either stable 12ms or 100ms. Selected randomly for every map

Every time I play the game on EU servers, I see either stable 12ms ping(network), or stable 100ms ping(when doing actions). I noticed that 100ms happens more often during peak hours, and being in a party doesn't help
Sometimes it improves or worsens (switches between 12ms and 100ms) on new map entry

It is not my internet issue. Other users also report it

I just tested it. Every time you switch map/location, you get random ping

No response ofc...

they decided to ignore these threads and pretend the issue doesn't exist
