BUG!Unable to Access Hideout After May 12, 2025 Update

Dear Support Team,
After the update on May 12, 2025, I’ve been unable to log into the game. Specifically, I can’t enter the hideout and get stuck at the screen shown below (see attached image). Before the update, I was still inside the map. The issue persists even after troubleshooting steps like system reboot, client reinstallation, and network node switching I'm stuck at the step after selecting my character—it won't load into the hideout My game ID: [Removed by Support] Could you please help resolve this issue?
