Related to the Omen of Amelioration bug

I lost all of my exp because of the Omen of Amelioration didnt activate.
This really hurt lvl 90 and up to lvl up. We dont get enough exp to lvl up properly. This is non sense and total already lost 70% exp because of omen didnt activation. Fix this problem or lower the experience penalty. This is getting really stupid.
