My map y bugged and not resetting

Hello,
I'm currently playing on a new SSFHC character and my Cemetery of the Eternals map is bugged, I cannot access the area where the Tomb of the Consort is located so I cannot progress. It's already been an hour since I accessed this area and the map is not resetting. All the other areas have already reseted, but not this one. I already tried changing to another character, closing and opening the game, changing servers...





...I need help forcing the reset of the map or any other solution.
I appreciate it.

...nevermind... my charachter got killed while trying to screenshop my map...
