Stuck in loading screens

I was just about to do one of the boss fights in chaos trials and restarted my game before the fight as to try and smooth out the jitter and now when I try and log back into my character I get stuck on the trial of chaos loading screen. I can hear things in game as if to say I’ve loaded in but actually am just stuck on loading screens
