Hi, been having lag issues and a crash over the last few days.

You're losing packets on the first hop which is pointing to issues with your local network or ISP. You can try to connect on a different server and see if bypasses the issue, but most likely it won't as that usually happens later in the hops.
I highly recommend a longer test of WinMTR to get a better picture of the issue, such as overnight. But that may also come with a timing issue where it only has packet drop during peak hours. Then use that with your ISP to show them there is an issue. That comes the "fun" part of finding someone at your ISP who understands WinMTR. Depending on how large your local ISP is, you may have to go through several escalations until you find that person, but once you do.. I've experienced it once and witnessed it dozens of times with others where that veteran ISP tech will look at the data and know exactly what the issue and get either a local tech fix or route you around the problem hop altogether. Unfortunately though, unless the packet loss is at the end of the route, it's not something GGG can assist with. That WinMTR is clearly showing a local/ISP issue. If it was at the end and an issue with GGG's end, then you would see anyone playing on NZ/AUS servers having issues. |

If that WinMTR log was created while experiencing the issue, it rules out issues with your ISP & strongly suggests the issue is server-side (or perhaps exclusive to the return path).
The above poster doesn’t appear to know how to interpret WinMTR logs. xjjanie#4242 is awesomesauce
