Act 2: Can't Town Portal out of Sandstorm

My character is stuck in the sandstorm. I can open a Town Portal, but I cannot enter it. The Left Click does not work on the Portal, the Checkpoint, or the entrance to Stairs.

I have verified that the mouse if working correctly. I have tried Respawning at Checkpoint, logging in / out, restarting, rebooting, etc. I cannot continue forward in the game at all.
