I lost quest items and can't progress – Requesting help (Sekhemas)

Hello GGG Support Team,

In Path of Exile 2, I accidentally dropped the quest item Balbala's Barya, and now I am unable to recover it. Because of this, I cannot progress my character through the related quest content. I can't go Sekhemas

The same thing happened with the Chaos Temple key item — I dropped it as well and can no longer access that area or complete the associated quest.

Could you please help me by restoring these quest items to my account so I can continue character progression?

If you haven't taken the quest item Balbala's Barya (or dropped it), then (at the current state) the quest is broken.
Then your only chance to get ascendancy points is to play The Trial of Chaos (Act 3) with Inscribed Ultimatum (and enough "Number of Trials"): Ascendancy class.

Do you have found another Inscribed Ultimatum (from monster drops)? If not then play on until you find one.
Then try to play with that the Trial of Chaos.
