POE2 HELP - Cannot login my character

I cannot login my character as I selected my character and wanna loading into the hideout, but it would error and return to the home page (which the page request me to enter my password again).
I need help, please! I cannot login to my character. It was a unlimited loop when I login the character loading to my hideout, then error was occurred and reutrn to the home page request me to enter password again and again. anyone can help as i still cant login to my character, it is always error and return to the password enter page.
