Server issues - offline mode

GGG please give us an offline mode if it is not possible to sort out the server issues. In 600 hours that i have i played i have had little to no game time without lag. The only reason i have not played much this league is because every time i log in there is lag. I am sure there must be many people who are facing this issue and there is literally nothing we can do.

Edit: inittially i thought it might be my location (India) or my internet. however last couple of weeks i have played Last EPoch and No rest for the Wicked without any lag issues at all. None i mean not even for a second. So please help players like me who are not able to play just coz of lag.
