MAJOR ATLAS TREE BUG (REFUNDED POINTS + CORRUPTED GONE)

Attempted to do my corrupted nexus earlier today; quest states +9, loaded into a +15 cleared it though to the end, no boss. Exit the map to find it's been completed, no cleanse, no book, nothing. I've seen comments of people dying or DC'ing resulting in this, but this was a regular clear - not even a return to hideout. Moving past that I went on to complete the unique map that was available after clearing the nexus. Got my book at the end, (which also states it gives 5 when in fact it gives 2) used my points. Returned to hideout to adjust my atlas tree - refunded and reallocated, moving 3 points North. After one map I wanted to rearrange them again, go into refund and now my 3 North points are allocated, but no connection to the middle. Refund the 3 points, no atlas points gained.
In the span of 15 minutes I've been bugged out of 8 atlas points not including the additional 9 I was suppose to get upon patch release that I never did.

just had the same thing happen to me on two different t6 nexus' however the second one shows the completed, it cleansed the area, but no book or any points or anything, and quest is still showing the same "Complete a Tier 6+ Corrupted Nexus"
