Raging Spirits Only Casts Once When Using Incinerate (Conflicting with the RS's Description)

I was playing around with skills and such, and was really surprised to see that Raging Spirits doesn't keep casting when channelling Incinerate. I was quite surprised to see this as they seem like such a smooth combo.

While pressing Incinerate and continually holding the button down, RS only casts the one time, with the initial button press of Incinerate. RS does not cast again if the user doesn't "restart" the channelling.

The reason this is a bug, instead of in the Feedback section, is because the description of RS states, "While active, Fire Spells you USE yourself will also summon Raging Spirits...". The description is intentionally generic. It doesn't state "on cast" or "per cast". "Use", from a user's perspective, would naturally include Channelling. The constant state of channelling is "using" a fire spell, in the user's mind.
