Europe Server Connections

Seems like internet connections in european servers have been more unstable lately (past two days), with frequent jumps between 50 and 200ms, and often 2s spikes. They usually appear right after i switch the area. Even had at least 10-15 20+ secs server timeouts. I wouldnt have escalated this unless i already was monitoring my outgoing connection towards the game with other programs at the same time, and already checked in with the internet provider.

I am merely requesting some server-side investigations.
