MTX and Chat problems

Good afternoon.

I noticed an unpleasant bug: I was in the cosmetic items menu and was looking at portals and shelter items.
I was reading the chat at the same time.
I was on the "Dark shard Tinker's Waypoint Decoration" page and wanted to reply to the chat by pressing the Enter key. When I didn't see the chat, I clicked again, I thought it was some kind of bug. And as a result, I bought this MTX, although I didn't want to.

I sent an email about it and you rolled back this MTX from my account, but didn't sent monets back :)
I'm sorry for the oversight, but could you roll back this action correctrly and do some kind of pop-up in the future so that this doesn't happen in the future?)
