Citadel Map- Constant crashes

Hello, i am crashing without error message while i am halfway through the instance.The map doesnt reset or close so i am stuck in that map without beeing able to play with that character.i did multiple maps with the same layout(copper citadel) on the same day and it went without problems. now i can´t play at all.i tried everything on my end i can think of nothing worked.
