Graphics setting - monitor refresh rate

Rn, we are missing this setting. All games has it explicitly in settings.

You can usualy set 30/60/90/120/144/288/unlimited hz refresh rate.
Can we get this pls ?

I know there is VSYNC option which kinda suplements it, but in some weird scenarios, some monitors could lower their refresh rate, and you cannot see it ingame.
