Pinaccle/Citadel Bugs

Hey,
I started getting an anoying bug. I was in Simulacrum and i got disconnected by server, then the Simulacrum dissapeared. It happened many times, and at the most inconvenient time, like being in Citadels etc.
It s anoying because i get it right before getting to the end of it, get disconnected, and the entry just dissapears and getting stuck with a few exalts i dropped till that point.
I don't know why that keeps happening.
