Rattling Sceptres bugged

I've gone through over 50 sceptres now. After the patch it's impossible to get + to minions, regardless level. It's just not possible. The number of sceptres I've gone through now, with both alcs and exalts, don't make any other sense than bugged. Might be wise to check this. Maybe check the box that allows this suffix so be added, idk.

I've now gone through over 100 rattling sceptres without getting a single modifier towards + to minions.

To the note is that it works on the other sceptres. But not on rattling. Can someone press the + to minions button please?
