Weapon Swaps need to change.

The whole mechanic of weapon swapping and weapon passive points is such a cool idea, but it really doesn't encourage using it.

It requires 2-3 passives investment (not counting pathing to the branch) to make it feel right and it also gives you no other benefits. (except Huntress passives, which you can't even see with any other class)

IDEAS
- Change Weapon passive points so you can just have 2 different sets of passives set up for different skills then let us set which weapon set is used for which passives set. (currently skills get set to weapon sets)
- Set the default weapon swap to +70% speed
- Add some passives to encourage weapon swaps across the passive tree.
-- Reduced mana costs?
-- Increased damage?
-- Life/ES recovery on swap?
-- Generate charges?
- Add some supports for weapon swaps
-- "If weapon swapped when using this skill, +X% damage"
-- "Weapon swap with this skill is instant and causes more stun/effect"
-- "Automatically trigger this skill when <condition> if skill is on a swapped weapon"
-- "skill ends with weapon swapped after"

I think that's about it...

TL;DR
- remove the weapon swap passives, make them internal.
- change weapon passive points to passive set points.
- add supports and passives for weapon swapping

This whole weapon swap feel like some mod from NexusMods, not the game feature.

Not sure if M&K is privy to this but I’d like to see them create separate keybindings you can set for the additional weapon set in lieu of the skills themselves exclusively. They already have a weapon swap feature that can accommodate this. It could mitigate bloat and give the skill sets more identity.

Are you suggesting that we should have 2 whole separate trees? And bonuses for swapping on top of that?

It's already a very strong and very useful feature.

no no, just make it so you dont have to swap weapons to make use of the weapon passive points. instead making so you can branch the 2 ways with the 24 points as it is now but just dont require a swap to make use of them.

you just assign a weapon slot and your skills to Set 1 or Set 2
like you do currently to set skills to weapons. basically just unhook weapon swaps from tree swaps
