Low tier modifiers should not roll on ilvl 82+ gear

There is no real crafting in poe2, its all gambling which I am ok with.

But the chances of getting anything good is simply too low because high ilvl items can still roll things like t3 or t4 modifiers.

Once you start approaching ilvl 81+ gear, low level modifiers should simply stop appearing.

Let's say ilvl 82 modifiers can only roll at t4+ minimum


high ilvl items have an increase in affixes by having an increase in amount of possible tiers which causes getting good items extremely unlikely

I pretty much pick up any base that is ilvl 81+ to throw upgrade until rare in case it gets any decent affixes and 98% of them just get disenchanted right after.


Getting lvl 81+ maps is quite hard since the +1 is rare and t16 maps are also incredibly rare, doing maxed out maps should feel rewarding.

I did a full lvl 82 map and got nothing of note which was very disappointing.

They give high rolls for stun threshold, life regen, reduced dot duration init?

what you're simply trying to say is, everyone should have access to the best of best items.

so just say it.

but before that i'd first say its this sort of suggestions that turns titles into bankruptcy filings.

Since GGG gaslighting loot patch, this is all that has been rolling on my gear.
Single digit mods, over and over on 82+ gear.
Before this patch I never saw anything this bad.

Sure there is MORE loot but it's worse quality loot than before and just a complete waste of time.

Stop making us have to ID the loot, just drop it ID. This is so stupid.

They recently increased the drop rate of T2+ items which cull lower level mods. I haven't played endgame since the patch so idk if it helped.

But I agree with you. It feels really weird being neck deep in endgame and still finding gear with mods you could find on a level 1 rare. Makes hunting for gear kinda nauseating sometimes but hey the dopamine hit when you find something good is a bigger assuming you haven't become so frustrated you can't be happy about it.

Hopefully the loot adjustments help.

When t16s require a ton of waystones to get a single one and when you also have to combine it with the fact that the area must have a natural +1 level from corruption/cleansed which is also incredibly rng
