Can't get final Atlas Points

So before 0.2.0g, I was at 35/40 on the Atlas tree. After the patch, I was at 36/40. That in itself seems wrong.

However, I just did another T15 corrupted nexus and got no additional points. I will try a T16 next, but I doubt that will give any points, either. At this point, I don't even have the quest anymore, so not sure how I'm supposed to get the final 4 points.
