Missing Atlas Skill Points

Hi, im missing two more Atlas Skill Points (currently 38/40) and i have no idea how to get them.
I completed several T18 Nexuses and Unique maps but i dont get rewarded with the points anymore.

When i defeated my first citadel boss i got dropped a book which should have granted me skill points (i dont know for what tree) but because my invetory was full i created a portal and went to the hideout. When i went back through the portal the book despawnt. Maybe this was the book with my last 2 points but i am not sure.

Is there any possibility for me to max out my tree or am i just stuck with missing points for the rest of the league?

It's even worse for me, I only have 30/40, and no more quest from Doriany to get the remaining.

I dont know if it's a bug or if I missed anything?

Find unique maps on the atlas.

Thanks for the suggestion, but is there a difference in which unique map i do? Because as i already mentioned i have not gotten skill points for the last couple of unique maps...

For the main Atlas you need to complete one each of the 5 main Unique maps
Untainted Paradise
Pharryl Megoliths,
Fractured Lakes
Silent Cave
Viridian Wildwood
Vaults of Kamasa (I have not seen this one yet)

You do not get points for completing a map already seen, a second time.

These can be completed with any Tier of Waystone, so choose and easy tier to ensure you get the points.

You have clearly done four of these already, so check your Atlas, find the ones you have completed, mark them off and look for one of the other 2.

You should have the Boss Atals book drop again when you kill another T18 Boss.
