Omen of Amelioration Bug Issue

What is the point to have the omen amelioration if doesnt work properly.
I lost more than 60% percent of my character experience points. I cant even level up properly related to lag and disconnection. I bought omen of amelioration to reduce my experience for being lost. When I died, my character experience were reduced 10% instead of 4%. Either lower the percentage of experience lost or fix the problem. It is so frustrations.

Secondly, I lost equipment and experience because of disconnections. I have to redo it again or i lost end map opening because of the disconnection and map were closed. It is more less entertaining because of this problems. I love the challenges but this is stupid.
