Time Wasting Quests
A significant portion of the quest-line in each Act requires us to bounce around different areas of the maps to activate specific NPC dialogue. This not only wastes player time, it also wastes server resources as each area needs to be loaded in order to interact with it. I understand the need for whoever does the writing to feel like their input is important, and many POE fans super love the story-line, I just feel like perhaps the way it's being introduced feels a little (forgive me) "lost in the plot".
I think, moving forward, prioritizing smooth transitions between quest objectives should be a thing. Bouncing between regions with no engagement between them except clicking and npc is the absolute opposite of good gameplay and not something anybody has ever enjoyed; if I wanted a point and click adventure, I would play a point and click adventure.
