PROBLEMS WITH POE 2 VILLAFREY

I'm contacting you because I've posted a ticket on the issues forum.

I'm user BIGBURGOS#6414, and I'm currently leveling an Amazon Huntress on the new server. I reached Freyshire on the Cruel difficulty, and I haven't received any spirit points.

I'd like to fix this, because the build isn't useful for the future, and I've spent many hours getting to level 55.

I killed the boss in Villafrey and it didn't give me any spirit points. I tried again, but it didn't help.

There are no spirit points given in Cruel Freythorn, only in Normal.

Look at "Quest Items" in Spirit.
