Doriyani in maps not giving rewards after dying.

Just fought doriyani in maps and just as he killed me, I killed him. He was doing that giant slam move and as soon as he slammed, he hit a bundle of my spike traps and died. It was pretty funny. After respawning I went into the arena thinking ill just have to fight him again but hes just sitting there dead and nothing happens.
