Can Channel Bonestorm While Walking at Max Speed

This is my first time posting/bug reporting anything, so I apologize if this isn't super helpful.

I was playing witch and accidentally released the ability key I had bound for bonestorm and then pressed it down again at just the right time to cancel the channeling movement speed debuff, allowing me to channel the ability while moving around at full speed. It is very easily reproducible.

As far as I can tell, if you start channeling an ability (assuming this works with channeled spells other than bonestorm on witch) release the ability key, and then press it down again just as the channel ends, the game allows you to continue channeling while moving at full speed.

Sorry to waste time if this isn't actually a bug and is intentional.
