Citadel bugged after dying immediately after boss defeat

Just now I defeated Doryani in the Stone Citadel and died during his death animation because one of his lightnings kept raining down and I didnt realize it. While he died my Pinnacle of Flame Quest was updated to travel to the other two citadels but it seems like the map didnt recognize that he died and he didnt drop any loot, I am also unable to restart the fight by walking up to the area where he would be standing if he was alive:

(That means no crisis fragment dropped either)
