where are the citadels?

simple as title states.

WHERE?

found so far 4 citadels. got ENTIRE atlas points (missing last boss 2 points that arbiter also gives) but arbiter that haves ZERO points. no citadels to be found. how many tablets to skip I have used? lost the count. yeah even takes time to render from zone to zone of the map that I have cleared. WHERE ARE THE CITADELS?

Current level: 94, no citadels.

I found 3 citadels, also full atlas. Two i ran, one is still in the fog of war. The two that i ran had completely overtuned bosses for where i was in my build/skill progression. Just got one shotted and couldn't put a dent in. All a bit pointless and unsatisfying. It was way better balanced in 0.1.

Two words.. Chase mechanic.

Seems like their spawn rate was definitely nerfed (intended or not). While hunting for nexus been mapping into different directions and found only 2 citadels. And to and salt on the wound, both were copper.
