About the new loot patch

I tried a start from 0 and did act 1 and a bit of act 2

Everything felt good except rune drops, I have like 7 artificers orbs in my stash and only 1 fire res rune(I'm going smith of kitava), what am I supposed to do with those?

If I use the rune I will give my self an irreplaceable item until lord knows when.

Also the only rune that drops is the attributes one, I have like 8 of those, the other single rune that dropped is 1 phys rune.
