Graphics(?)/world not loading

This has happened since 0.2.0, but with the latest patch it is happening more frequently and for longer periods of time.
I'll change zones and the UI will load but the burning embers stay. After a minute or two, I can actually walk around, interact, and attack. I had this happen and went through the entire Jamanra fight (both phases) without being able to see anything 'in game'.
