Purple Flames of Chayula do not icrease damage of Decaying Hex

At least in the skill tooltip. I didn't test Grasp of The Void yet (I do not have the 2nd ascendancy yet, but my guess is it will not work as well :). It's a pity, another thing that would make Chayula interesting do not work :(

While the Purple Flames of Chayula says "grant" instead of "gain", it is still a type of "Gain % of Damage as Extra Damage" effect--which doesn't apply to Damage over Time.
